Preventive analysis (FMEA): applies FMEA to identify failure modes and potential effects by process, product, or equipment, with controlled versions and approval workflows.
Statistical process control (SPC): triggers shop-floor controls through control charts and real-time SPC analysis, indicating what to measure, when to measure it, and who is responsible, with automatic alerts for any process deviation.
Centralized nonconformities: records and manages internal, external, and supplier nonconformities, with continuous tracking, 8D analysis, and origin traceability.
Tracked parts and suppliers: links parts, materials, and suppliers to each nonconformity or inspection order, enabling auditing of impact, recurrence, and delivery quality by the involved party.
Calibrated and auditable tools: manages the calibration of plant tools and instruments, recording uncertainty, capability, and tolerances.
Integrated 8D analysis: initiates and documents complete 8D analyses for each incident or nonconformity, recording root cause, corrective actions, stakeholders, evidence, and results, in a history accessible for audits and continuous improvement.
